The final portion of your business plan outlines your exit strategy. It may seem odd to develop a strategy this soon to leave your business, but potential investors will want to know your long-term plans. Your exit plans need to be clear in your own mind because they will dictate how you operate the company.
In an effort to determine what makes these small business owners successful, they’re interviewing entrepreneurs who have been in business for five or more years. They wanted to know what helped them beat the odds. He’s been doing this for long enough I doubt he was expecting any surprises, but he’s had a few. I am not sure I agree with the suggestion of that statement, namely that “entrepreneurship can only be self-taught”.
For some reason, leaders struggle to embrace their "inner weirdness." But if you don't figure out how to do it, you'll miss out on one of the simplest ways to strengthen your team and build an amazing company culture.

4. Confidence
Confidence, or rather lack of it, is a productivity killer. I've seen so many women business owners and female entrepreneurs who have let lack of confidence rule their lives and break their business. Lack of confidence made them say 'yes' to things they'd rather not be doing, take on bad clients because they thought any clients were better than none or not stand their ground when they were being taken advantage of.
