Stop saying, "I feel": How often do you hear businessmen starting off a topic with "I feel"? Hardly ever. Women are more emotional than men; that's just biology. This doesn't mean we have to let our emotions control us. When you're giving an explanation or input on a subject, give facts, statistics, knowledge from experience, etc.
1. Recognize Your Unique Talents. - For instance, you might have an unusually strong sense of intuition. Instead of seeing this as a detriment because no one else seems to be able to do the same thing, learn to recognize where you are different as a unique talent.
Be Prepared - It's easier to handle potentially intimidating situations like being the sole woman in a group of men if you are prepared ahead of time. If confidence or assertiveness are challenges for you when speaking to groups of men, practice what you plan to say when nerves kick in, you'll be able to deal with it better.
