How do you get this feedback? You can send out a survey in your email messages. You can make it an anonymous poll so it’s easier for them to provide you with the information you’re looking for.
Stay in Touch
You need to stay in touch with your customers, and this is why it’s so critical that you try to capture their email addresses. Just because someone makes a purchase from you doesn't mean your company is on the top of their mind.
Being able to reach out to customers on a regular basis builds that business relationship. Make your customers feel “special”.
Get Creative
Utilize what I call your “P” Factor. In other words, put your personality into your business. Don’t make your marketing pieces boring. Stand out from the competition by making it visually appealing. Use visuals to create a wow factor in your marketing pieces. You want to capture their attention.
