THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING - Females are risk-takers who know that running your own business will take commitment and drive. Positiveness comes to us in different ways from motivational quotes to changing our language in order to train our brains in the way of thinking. I always consider my language because that is what your brain listens to most.
GET SUPPORT - Like anyone in business, having support and feedback will help you develop and step out of your comfort zone. Studies have found that encouragement is more important to women than men.
KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS - I have found that women have a great eye for the detail and are quite often more analytical in their approach. A more considered decision making process counts for everything and certainly prevents failure however never hang around too long because speed beats perfection every time. Knowing your strengths is so important and I recommend to spend 80% of your learning time to grow them and 20% on other things that will have a direct impact on your business.
